HH Bath View Apartment Pet Policy
At HH Bath View Apartments, we love pets and are proud to be a pet-friendly community! We understand that pets are part of your family, and we welcome your furry friends to enjoy their new home with you. To ensure the safety and comfort of all residents, we follow certain pet and breed restrictions as required by our insurance provider.
Pet & Breed Restrictions
To maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, the following dog breeds and mixes are not permitted on our property due to liability concerns:
- Pit Bulls (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire
- Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier)
- Rottweilers
- Dobermans
- German Shepherds
- Chow Chows
- Mastiffs (Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Neapolitan Mastiff)
- Great Danes
- Malamutes
- Huskies
- Akitas
- Wolf-hybrids
- Presa Canarios
In addition, management reserves the right to restrict any other breeds or individual pets that exhibit aggressive behavior.
Size and Weigh Limits
To help maintain a peaceful community environment, dogs over 50 pounds may not be permitted. Please contact the leasing office in advance to discuss any exceptions or approval requests.
Registration & Vaccination Requirements
For the health and safety of all pets and residents, all pets must be:
- Registered with our office through DNA documentation.
- Have a current photo on file.
- Up-to-date with all required vaccinations, with records submitted to the office.
